Returns & Exchanges

I will sometimes accept a return or exchange. But please contact me within 3 days of your order arriving.

I DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS

Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders, including wooden coasters
  • Engraved watch bands
  • Any and all cutting boards
  • Any and all Christmas ornaments

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

BAND DESIGNS

Due to frequent changes in the designs, your band design may come differently that what is shown in the listing. I will not accept a return or an exchange if your design is not what you were expecting. Please reach out to me BEFORE you purchase and I will be happy to show you what your band will look like. Thanks!

The Glowforge does not engrave a 100% centered design. Per the Glowforge website, the design will always be a little off. This is not a reason that I would accept an exchange or a return. But please reach out if you have any questions.

BAND COLORS

Due to frequent changes with suppliers, band colors may not be exactly what is shown in each listing -- whites, greens, reds, yellows, blues, grays, & oranges are examples of this. Please reach out to me BEFORE you place your order with any band color questions. I will be more than happy to show you the colors that I have in stock at that time. Thank you for your understanding!

No exchanges or returns will be permitted if the band color you receive is not what you were expecting.
